Sacramento Oasis is an innovative development that began with the acquisition of three adjacent lots. Initially planned as a single-family home spanning approximately 3,500 sqft, our research revealed that the highest and best use of the land was to create two detached homes, each about 2,500 sqft. This strategic pivot allowed us to maximize the land’s potential while catering to the needs of modern families.

The front house features an elevator at the back, providing seamless access from the garage to the first and second floors. The third stop on the elevator leads to a bridge that connects to the first level of the back home, offering a unique and convenient design for multi-generational living or extended families.

Both homes are designed with modern, open spaces, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere. Each of the three bedrooms in both homes includes its own en-suite bathroom, offering the luxury and privacy of master bedroom sizes.
